Dear Steppers,

As you are aware the long awaited inaugural event for the "Rose - Colored Wednesdays" series is Wednesday November 30th.

While we are excited to finally have this event commence ... I must alert you of a minor change for the following weeks' event on December 7th.

I was recently notified by the manager of the Crystal Rose that they had previously booked a Christmas party for Walmart several months ago for Wednesday December 7th (the same day as one of our events).

It appears that this fact was overlooked until the time that our contractual agreement was executed recently.

In short ... both Walmart and LA Steppers.com have agreements for December 7th and Walmart is refusing to change the date of their Xmas Party.

In an effort to resolve this issue without causing legal grief for Walmart, the Crystal Rose, or LA Steppers.com we have agreed to a one - time deviation from our "Every - Wednesday" contract and move will our event to Thursday December 8, 2005 (the next day).

Please let me reiterate that management has assured me that this
is a 1 - time occurrence and will never happen again.

I hope that this will not cause an inconvenience for anyone.

Any membership cardholders that are inconvenienced by this 1 - time change should contact me at their convenience.

However please remember that all members are actually getting 1 weeks free admission (November 30th) as the membership period that was / will be purchased is only for the month of December.

Please mark your calendars ... and I look forward to seeing all of you at the upcoming Steppin' in Style set on November 23rd as well as the grand opening for Rose - Colored Wednesdays on November 30th.
